Taca Sui’s solo exhibition Da Jing was on view at Qingdao Culture and Art Center. The exhibition included series of his photography in Odes, Steles-Huang Yi, and Grotto Heavens. Taca’s photography has been inspired by the book of Odes since 2010, which is the celebrated collection of Chinese poems that dates from the Bronze Age. This collection of photography does not illustrate the Book of Odes but transforms the amorphous and elusiveness of the poetic language into reality with the artistic model.
